6/22/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program setting, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. During morning social interactions, the client exhibited difficulty following directions given by running in the hall and playing while in the bathroom. During midday socialization activities, the client exhibited difficulty using respectful words with his peers while outside on the playground. During afternoon socialization activities, the client exhibited difficulty following directions given while eating lunch with his peers. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program. During morning socialization, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions given. During midday socialization activities, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of using respectful words with his peers. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions given. The client responded well towards the day as evidenced by engagement and participation. During morning social interactions, the client was unreceptive to redirection by crying and saying, âI want to go homeâ. The client was then able to calm down and agreed to follow directions given by not running in the hall and playing while in the bathroom. During midday socialization activities, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to use respectful words with his peers while outside on the playground. During afternoon socialization activities, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directions given while eating lunch with his peers.
